HOW ARE SMALL GROUP LEADERS SELECTED?
Each Small Group Leader for NCCF YOUTH have been specifically selected and interviewed by the Pastoral Staff at NCCF. They have also passed a National Background Check. Small Group Leaders are chosen because of their desire to serve in the local church by investing in the lives of teens and pre-teens.
HOW CAN I BE INVOLVED AT NCCF YOUTH?
There are several ways you can volunteer at NCCF YOUTH, from event chaperoning to food ministries, security teams and more! If you would like to serve in student ministries at NCCF, feel free to contact Pastor Emily for more information.
IS THERE AN OPPORTUNITY FOR MY STUDENT TO SERVE?
Yes! Now that your child is in Middle School or High School they are welcome to join Sunday Serve Teams (Children’s Ministry, Coffee Service & More) as well as serve on any teams currently happening on their ministry night.
WHAT TIME SHOULD I DROP OFF AND PICK UP MY STUDENT FOR MOTION NIGHT?
Doors open at 6:30 pm (Dinner in the main auditorium) on Wednesday Nights, however NCCF Youth does not begin until 7:00 pm, and ends at 8:15 pm. If your student is scheduled on the worship team, they will need to be at the youth center by 5:00 pm on Wednesdays.
ARE THERE OTHER TIMES MY STUDENT CAN CONNECT AT NCCF?
NCCF Youth has small groups that meet on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday nights. These groups are available in the GROUPS section of our website. Groups do not meet the week of Motion Night.
Our church also has weekend services at 9:00 am & 10:45 am on Sundays in Sedro Woolley & 10:45am in Bellingham. Families are welcome to connect at either service together. There are programs at each service for younger children as well.
ARE THERE COSTS INVOLVED IN NCCF YOUTH?
Our student ministries don’t have any costs involved. However, outside events (concerts, weekend retreats, camps, etc will have costs involved and you will be informed in advance).
